The Philadelphia 76ers look to improve to 13-0 at home when they entertain the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday. Philadelphia has won 10 of its last 12 overall games while the Nuggets are slumping with four setbacks in their past five outings. The 76ers recorded a 110-104 home victory over the Toronto Raptors on Sunday as forward Tobias Harris scored 26 points to stretch his double-digit scoring streak to 13 consecutive games. “I think I’m in a really good rhythm of just going out and embracing and feeding off my teammates and getting into a flow,” Harris said afterward. “I pride myself on playing in the flow of the game. I’ve done a really good job of being able to do that and being able to have guys on the team look for me in different spots and get me going.

Denver started the season with a 13-3 run but has suddenly run into hard times, which includes Sunday’s 105-102 loss to the Brooklyn Nets. Star center Nikola Jokic had 24 points and 11 rebounds for his ninth double-double of the season.

Denver was crushed in the interior in the loss to Brooklyn as it was outscored 66-22 in the paint, a fact that highly displeased coach Michael Malone. “We had little presence at the rim,” Malone said. “It was just easy layup after easy layup. That makes it really hard to win.” Veteran power forward Paul Millsap had just nine points and four rebounds as the Nuggets were outrebounded 48-37 but Malone referred to Millsap as “the quiet unsung hero of our team” and “Mr. Consistency for us, and that’s what you expect from a 14-year veteran.”

Rookie guard Matisse Thybulle established season bests of 20 points and five 3-pointers against Toronto and the first-round pick continues to impress his teammates. “He’s been great the whole season and he’s bringing it every night, especially defensively,” center Joel Embiid told reporters. “Even though we have so many guys that can score the ball, him adding what he’s been adding, especially his shooting, has been tremendous.” Thybulle’s previous high game was when he had 15 points 5-of-5 shooting against the Sacramento Kings on Nov. 27, and he had three steals against the Raptors to raise his total 13 over the last seven contests.

The Nuggets outscored the 76ers 35-13 in the fourth quarter on Nov. 8 to rally for a 100-97 win in Denver.

Philadelphia SG Josh Richardson (hamstring) could miss his seventh straight game.

Denver PG Jamal Murray went 3-of-6 from 3-point range against the Nets after being 2-of-15 over the previous five games.
