• Alex Smith has been a major factor in Kansas City’s recent success against the Raiders, completing 61 percent of his passes with 13 touchdowns and only two interceptions en route to posting a 5-1 record. Smith has been even better in Oakland, recording nine TD passes without a pick while registering a 68-percent completion rate. Jamaal Charles, who has scored more touchdowns (38) since 2013 than any player in the league, is expected to have a bigger role Sunday after gaining seven yards on only two carries against Pittsburgh.
