@ #18 Arizona State Sun Devils (8-2)

Current odds:

Arizona State Sun Devils: (+145)

The line for the game is Kansas by 3 points.

Dedric Lawson has posted three straight double-doubles and scored 20 or more points in six consecutive games before recording just 16 during Tuesday’s 89-53 rout of South Dakota. The Memphis transfer, who leads Kansas in scoring (19.7 points) and rebounding (11.1), is the only player in the Big 12 who is averaging a double-double. Senior guard Lagerald Vick, who averages 17.1 points, had a stellar game against Arizona State last season as he registered 25 points and seven rebounds.

Rob Edwards scored 14 points in the loss to Vanderbilt – his third game since returning from a back injury – after going scoreless in his first two contests while missing all 11 of his shot attempts. “Rob had some nice moments, especially in the second half, when we needed a spark and someone to step up and put some points on the board for us,” coach Bobby Hurley told reporters. “I hope for him to continue to build upon what he’s doing.” Freshman guard Luguentz Dort is averaging a team-best 19.8 points while sophomore Kimani Lawrence chips in 13.1 per game.

The Sun Devils are 5-0 at home with an average winning margin of 19.6 points.
