• Bournemouth had a tough fixture against Manchester City last weekend, with the Cherries losing 4-0 against the current champions. They face a strong Arsenal side who are the only other side in the division with a 100% record.

• Scott Parker and Mikel Arteta meet for the third time in the Premier League, the two previous times was when Parker was at Fulham. In 2020/21, Parker’s Fulham side picked up a point against Arsenal at the Emirates, but lost 3-0 at Craven Cottage. Arteta’s side, much improved since those encounters, have a Champions League spot in their sight, after narrowly missing out last season.

• Bournemouth will look to frustrate Arsenal’s free scoring attack, but it is likely that the quality of Gabriel Jesus, Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard will be able to break through a Bournemouth defense that kept a clean sheet against Aston Villa on the opening day of the season.
