Jan Vertonghen and Vincent Janssen are both sidelined for Tottenham once more and are joined by Victor Wanyama in the physio room. Eric Dier missed the 3-1 win over West Ham on Wednesday night with a thigh injury and could miss out here, while Danny Rose is still struggling with a groin issue. Son Heung-Min netted twice at West Ham, but could drop to the bench, with Mauricio Pochettino expected to rotate his side heavily as the games come thick and fast.

Wolves have no pressing injury issues, though Nuno Espirito Santo could make one change from the side that lost at Brighton last week. Adama Traore came in for Diogo Jota in attack, but the latter may return to the XI.

Back-to-back defeats has sucked Wolves down into 10th and Nuno Espirito Santo will be keen to overseen a return to winning ways here. Prior to the defeat to Watford, Wolves were unbeaten in four at home, winning two, which includes a hard-fought 1-1 draw with Manchester City.

Tottenham bounced back from their 1-0 home defeat to Manchester City with a 3-1 win over West Ham to set up a north London meeting with Arsenal in the next round of the Carabao Cup. Away from home, they’ve won five of six matches this season and will be confident of adding to that run with another three points.

Wolves won’t make things easy for Tottenham on Saturday night, but the visitors could inflict a third successive defeat on the hosts here.
