• Louisville is ranked third in the coaches poll and third in the AP poll following their 44-12 win over Wake Forest.

• Michigan is ranked fourth in the coaches poll and fourth in the AP poll following their 13-14 loss to Iowa.

• Kirk Herbstreit of ESPN has Louisville ranked in the 3rd position and Michigan ranked in the 5th position
