• Sheffield United have faltered upon the resumption of domestic duties, failing to win in four and drawing three. The dip in form has seen them drop below Tottenham in the table, but victory will see them leapfrog Spurs into seventh.

• The north London side ended a seven-match winless run with a 2-0 win over West Ham last time out and they’ll have had over a week to prepare for this clash. A 1-1 draw in the reverse fixture proved to be Mauricio Pochettino’s final game at the Spurs helm and Jose Mourinho will hope to better his predecessor’s fortunes when the pair meet in Yorkshire.
