• Despite a 6-11 league mark and current eighth-place standing in the conference standings, Oklahoma State feels like it has a chance to make some noise in next week’s Big 12 Tournament. The Cowboys started the conference campaign by dropping their first eight league contests but are 6-3 since then. With nothing to lose and a first-round conference tournament matchup with an Iowa State team that it just beat last weekend, Oklahoma State feels like it could be playing its best at just the right time.

And his aggressive style has rubbed off on the rest of the team, as Texas has held each of its last five opponents under 60 points – the longest such stretch this season.
