Current odds:

Borussia Dortmund: Win: (-303)

Both Teams Don’t Score: (-110)

Mitchell Weiser will replace the injured Peter Pekarík at right-back again for Hertha Berlin. Fabian Lustenberger is a major doubt and could be replaced by Niklas Stark in central midfield. John Brooks would fill in at centre-back, if Stark switches to a more advanced role.

Marc Bartra could return from injury to replace Sokratis at centre-back, who is out himself now for Dortmund.Felix Passlack should replace the injured Lukasz Piszczek at right-back. With Gonzalo Castro and Raphael Guerreiro out as well, Sebastian Rode and Mario Götze should start in central midfield.

Dortmund need a result at home after a disappointing defeat at Leverkusen in front of the international break. They have huge injury concerns to deal with and need to be patient to break down a well-organised Hertha side.

Hertha are one spot ahead of Dortmund in the second place and equalled their Bundesliga starting record from 1970/1971. They conceded three goals in each of their last two matches away from home at Bayern and Frankfurt and need to take a more careful approach against Dortmund’s strong attackers.

Expect Dortmund to dominate possession and Hertha to wait for opportunities on the break.
